Simple Repair Procedure
All work carried out will be explained and agreed with customer beforehand...so no nasty surprices!
(1) Contact Us for queries, indication of costs or to book your system.
(2) Drop your computer into the workshop or arrange collection with us.
(3) An Engineer will carry-out basic diagnostic checks to establish the problem and then will call you with a full breakdown of any costs and completion time.
Most repairs can be quoted on a fixed price basis, and from experience we can provide accurate estimation of timescales.
(4) With your approval, we then carryout the work. (Usually within 24hours depending on parts).
(5) On completion we will contact you for payment and collection or arrange a delivery.

We specialize in replacing Laptop DC Power Sockets for all makes. MIRAJ is the only PC repair workshop offering this service in the local area at very reasonable price. We also repair/replace broken laptop screens.

Free PC & Laptop Health Check | |
Machine running slow or stuttering, not as quick as it use to be ? WE CAN HELP !
We are currently offering a free basic Health check of approx. 15 minutes.
However more serious faults (power supply, motherboard, CPU, memory etc) or dead machines that require detail diagnostics will require a 'booking in fee' payment. This covers the cost to perform complex diagnostics to ascertain the problem and estimation.
If the work is actually carried out by us, then the 'booking in fee' payment will be refunded by deduction from final invoice. |

Remote Access Services | |

We can remotely access your machine and fix any software related issues. This service is available to existing clients only.
